👉 What is the most important thing for you when working with a Recruiter?

My view on working with a Recruiter is that the most important thing for me is that the Recruiter knows the mission and can understand the needs of each team. This means that they should have a detailed understanding of not only the business objectives but also the character set of the team. For me, this is key to a successful collaboration.

👉 What would you need from a Recruiter to help you with hiring effectively?

To work effectively with a Recruiter in the hiring process, I primarily need their time and willingness to understand what positions we are currently looking for. I really appreciate it when a Recruiter listens and is able to recognize which candidate is not a good fit for us during the first screening. This is extremely valuable to us because it saves our managers time and therefore money for the company.

👉 Can you remember a Recruiter that was really great to work with? What were they like? Why was it that you enjoyed the collaboration?

This is easy – Patrícia has all the qualities I mentioned in previous answers, plus she is a great person. She is a professional that you can rely on and you know that she selects candidates for your team with the same care as she would for her own team. And I think that's actually the key, that you’re considering your Recruiter as part of your team as well.
