Recruiters & Sourcers are a rare breed. Chameleons. We go to all the talent-facing events and try to fit into groups of people that are not our kind. Remember that DevOps meetup, it was cool, you had a beer, but you (probably) had no clue what they talked about. The idea behind creating this group is to connect the larger talent acquisition community and create events where we, chameleons, can show our true colors.
